EM Security's quality service is backed by a professional security management team. Every staff person is certified by the State of Georgia, has passed a physiological test, FBI and GBI background checks and random drug testing. We take the entire realm of security very seriously and refuse to accept unskilled and unprofessional personnel.

EM Security has an Emergency Response Team in place that can be dispatched to assist in security support requirements until a given emergency situation is brought under control. For example, if a situation dictates that additional security manpower is needed, the security officer or Field Operations Manager will make one call to our 24 hour manned dispatched station and they will activate the E.R.T.

With our system, all managers are directly involved with each and every account. From start-up through daily operations, our management staff is involved. Based on the client's requirements, we will conduct a security survey that will allow us to better understand and meet the client's needs. At this time, recommendations are made and details are sharpened.

Once the start-up has been completed, each security officer is inspected on a daily basis by our roving supervisor. While inspecting the officers, the roving supervisor will also inspect the site to further insure its security. Even further, a person from our management staff will inspect the site and the security officer on an unannounced basis to insure compliance and conformity with what is expected by our clients. These are significant additional benefits provided by the EM Security program.

All management and supervisory personnel are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are all aware of the duties of each officer at every site we manage. No new security officer is ever assigned to a post unless a supervisor familiar with the post is there. That supervisor is committed to stay with the new officer as long as it takes for the job to be done properly.

EM Security treats client concerns immediately and with the highest degree of attention. All reported incidents or discrepancies are acted upon immediately until a satisfactory result is accomplished. We will then design measures to assure these situations do not occur again.
